Pros and cons of Drugs & Medications PRO app for iPhone and iPad

Drugs & Medications PRO app good for

Great app for Canadian pharmaceutical market. I would definitely recommend other try it.
As a geriatric doctor, this is very useful, helpful app. I loved it. Im in south Korea. So maybe it has a some different in Korean situation. -mostly name of drug product- but its a still good. Im strongly recommend this app for medical student or physician and MD. Try this app. Maybe you are saticefied.
Good overall drug reference. I love the pill identifier. My only complaint is that much of the content is online. Which is ok most of the time except when Im in the lab which is shielded from electrical interference.
I already made a review on another app for pharmaceutical drug data. I found this one to my liking. All the most common drugs that can be prescribed for a patient are all within reach all in a 7MB downloadable file. Kudos to the developers. You just made my ward rounds a little bit easier.
This app is just what I require for my job. I must only identify drugs and usage.
My wife has PDS which requires careful monitoring for PDS drug contraindication with other drugs. This app does a good job for us. Easy to operate and understand.

Some bad moments

Feedback/ Missing Drugs/ Reporting a Problem I have checked several drugs today: acyclovir, accutane (very insufficient info on warnings, no listing of side effects), solu-medrol (no doses!). If this is a beta version it should have said so! There is no section on side effects. This is not adequately made-up for under warnings. Not much effort was lavished on this product. Formatting is unprofessional. Two words are often merged together. Entries that deserve a new paragraph are not given one. This product needs a lot of work before it is offered to the medical profession.
Love the iPad format, but still is lacking as a quick easy reference guide. Needs less clutter, better organization, and seems to be missing common drugs. I believe this program has lots of potential and cant wait to see how his program evolves over the next couple of months.
We always need to know side effects, interactions with other meds, nursing considerations, and yes, these things need to happen without wifi.
This app would be more helpful if the onset, peak and duration was included in the drug reviews.
